Record of events: Last nite the Co. was in reserve except for one pltn, which operated OP 600 yds in advance of main line. A strong patrol was sent out during the nite to reconnoiter small patch of woods some distance ahead of large woods. Served hot chow this evening. Weather very cold with strong wind all day.
