Record of events: 7 Apr 45 Last night company pushed out in attack with patrols sent out to clear woods and check bridge which was found to be blown. 8 Apr 45 Co L and attachment of weapons fr Co M jumped off to assault boat crossing Weser River at 0900 hrs this morning. Had reached objective by 1000 hrs and set up road blocks at 1600 hrs. Co moved to Bevern which had been taken by Co K and now Co's L and K are preparing to jump off to attack Allersham and Helsmonden. 9 Apr 45 Co jumped off into attack on Allersham at 1800 hrs yesterday. The attack netted over 50 prisoners. At 0545 hrs today Co again jumped off into attack on Holsmonden with both objectives being taken without casualties.
