Technical Sergeant Lentz was a member of D Company. The morning report for October 21, 1944 on page 21 lists him, as a Staff Sergeant, transferred to the 110th Evacuation Hospital because of a disease (non battle casualty). Page 23 in the same morning report lists his return to D Company. Page 21 and 23 can be seen here as well.

Since we have no later documents we assume that Technical Sergeant Lentz died while serving in D Company.
