| Sergeant Horvath was a member of E Company. The morning report for July 14, 1944 on page 55 lists him, as a Private First Class, lightly wounded in action on July 13, 1944. Page 59, for July 16, 1944, lists him rejoining E Company on July 15, 1944. Page 93, for July 26, 1944 lists him as lightly wounded in action and transferred to the 77th Evacuation Hospital. Page 55, 59 and 93 can be seen here.
Since we have no later documents we assume that Sergeant Horvath died while serving in E Company. |
